I loved the silent atmosphere! the amenities provided were quite nice. I found them very helpful. the staff were supportive. I appreciated their assistance.
The traveler tax was an unexpected charge. the room was quite small. Opening two suitcases at once was a challenge. the sheets had stains. I think they should get new ones soon.

the staff was friendly and helpful i found vending machines and refreshments right in the building. the cafe downstairs was super convenient i loved grabbing a quick bite there. the room felt spacious because of the layout it even featured blackout curtains for amazing sleep.
the room cleaning service was not available this was a bit inconvenient .

the hotel is near ginza and metro stations. uniqlo's twelve-story shop is also very close. the rooms were clean. the staff was nice (they helped with directions). i found the street to be calm.
The room i had was quite small. It was difficult to open two suitcases at the same time, and i found only one pillow.
